Part-Time and Vacation Work for Students
Overview
Bath Spa University is constantly seeking part-time and vacation opportunities for our students. If you have a suitable position that you would like to advertise to our students, we'd like to hear from you.
Jobshop is a student employment service, based on campus, which offers a free advertising service to employers. It matches students with local part-time opportunities and local, regional or national vacation work. Please note that the service is open during term-time only. Your vacancies will be advertised via the Jobshop website. Your company details are not disclosed on the vacancy display information and only those students registered with the Jobshop can access your company details and apply.
Criteria
As a guideline, we recommend that full-time students work no more than 15 hours per week during term-time, to allow sufficient time for their academic studies. However, we may have part-time students or postgraduate students, who have more free time to work longer hours. You could also consider the possibility of dividing a full-time vacancy into two or more part-time jobs.
