Enterprise - Entrepreneur-in-Residence

The University's Business Support Office has a remit to encourage a culture of enterprise and entrepreneurship amongst staff and students. External expertise has been commissioned in the form of an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, who will be a focus and catalyst for entrepreneurial activity and knowledge for the student community. Also, staff enterprise training will be undertaken to support them in cultivating links with business for embedding enterprise in the curriculum.

For reference

Our entrepreneur-in-residence activity is funded by the Knowledge Escalator project, which is part financed by the European Union's ERDF Competitiveness and Employment Programme 2007-13 securing £1,833,000 of ERDF investment through the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA).
